What’s i.ACT-ion?
We’re looking for emerging creators to make an engaging, vertical video like a Reel or TikTok that is 90 seconds or less in a relay format. IACT College will give you a specific video clip, and you must weave it into your storyline. You can place the clip at any point of the storyline, beginning, middle, or end, as long as it fits creatively into your final video!

Submission Process
Complete the official form provided by IACT College using your official IC name to submit personal and team details.
Access a designated link provided by the organizer to download necessary competition materials, including the mandatory relay clip and the official sign-off graphic.
Create a vertical video, 9:16 aspect ratio, that is a maximum of 90 seconds long and includes the mandatory relay clip. You must include the unaltered official sign-off graphic at the very end of the video.
Prepare one group photo taken in your school uniform, within the school compound, with the school logo visible.
Upload the link to the final video entry and required details via the designated online form link before the deadline.
File Limit: Maximum file size is 500MB per submission.

Terms & Conditions
- Organiser: This competition is organised by IACT College.
- Eligibility & Team Structure: The competition is open to Malaysian citizens aged 15 to 18 years old, and participants may enter individually or in teams, with each team consisting of a minimum of one (1) member and a maximum of five (5) members, each participant being allowed to participate in only one (1) entry, and all team members being high school or international school students within the eligible age range of 15 to 18 years old.
- Competition Format & Concept: The competition adopts a relay storytelling format in which the organiser will provide a video clip for participants to creatively incorporate into their narrative, and the provided clip may be inserted at any point within the storyline at the participants’ discretion, with all entries produced in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio) suitable for social media platforms.
- Video Duration & Format: Each submission must not exceed 90 seconds in duration, inclusive of all content, and must be submitted in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio), with entries exceeding the duration or not adhering to the required format subject to disqualification at the organiser’s discretion.
- Submission Requirements: Participants are required to complete the official Form provided by IACT College for submission of personal and team details, upload their final entries via a link in the designated space provided in the official Form, include the official sign-off graphic provided by IACT College at the end of their video submission without alteration except for placement within the final video, and ensure all submissions are uploaded before the stated deadline, as late submissions will not be entertained.
- Originality & Intellectual Property: All submissions must be original work created by the participant(s), excluding organiser-provided materials, and any form of plagiarism, unauthorised use of copyrighted materials, including music, footage, images or scripts, or the use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited, with participants responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and clearances for their production.

- Content Guidelines: Entries must not contain content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, explicit, violent, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate as determined by the organiser, who reserves the right to reject or disqualify any submission deemed unsuitable without prior notice.
- Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on creativity and originality, storytelling and narrative execution, effective integration of the provided relay clip, technical quality, and overall impact and engagement, with all judging decisions being final and binding and no appeals or correspondence entertained.
- Winners & Social Media Strategy: Only winning entries will be featured on the official IACT College Instagram account, and winners will be required to collaborate with IACT College via Instagram “Collab” post for official content publication purposes.
- File Submission Requirement: Each submission must not exceed the maximum file size of 500MB.
- Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as announced by the organiser at the award ceremony, and all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Rights of Usage: By participating, participants grant the organiser the right to use, repost and publish submitted entries for promotional, educational and marketing purposes, while participants retain ownership of their original content.
- Disqualification: The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates any terms stated herein, contains false information, infringes intellectual property rights, or is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
- Amendments: The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel any part of the competition or its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
- Submission Information: All information submitted through the submission form must be accurate and complete.
